Charming two-family chalet with an idyllic and quiet location, with direct access to and from the ski slope or one of the numerous hiking trails. The house is located in the "old" part of Belalp. In close proximity to the chapel and the summer-operated dairy. From the alpine hut to the feeder cable car (gondola, winter operation) and the lift facilities, it takes between 6-8 minutes to walk. Additionally, the house is directly on the winter downhill run to Blatten b. Naters and was fully renovated in the summer of 2017.
