Separate toilet. The entire ground floor has a ceramic tile floor with underfloor heating. Upper floor layout: Two double bedrooms with south-facing balcony, 1 bedroom with double bed, all rooms have laminate flooring. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Garden furniture, sun umbrella and sun loungers available.
