Description of the holiday rental

Bedroom:
Double bedroom: French double bed 160 x 200, two bedside tables, wardrobe, coat hooks. 2nd bedroom: Single bed and high-quality guest bed with slatted frame, wardrobe and coat hooks. A baby cot is available upon request.

Living room:
Living room with dining area. Dining table with stone top and 2 benches, 3 stools, 2 armchairs, a cozy sofa (extendable with slatted frame), a wood stove, TV, stereo system / CD / DVD, WLAN available.

Kitchen:
Fully and richly equipped. Induction cooker, oven, steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate 2nd refrigerator with freezer compartment in the basement, capsule coffee machine (Delizio, capsules can be obtained at your own expense), Raclette oven, fondue set, Chinoise fondue set, toaster, kitchen scale and hand blender. Kitchen linen and dishwashing liquid are available.

Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower attachment, WC, washbasin and 2 large mirrored wardrobes, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels, soap and toilet paper are available.

Other:
Corridor with generous cloakroom, small cupboard.

Balcony:
Large balcony, 5x3 m, unobstructed south-facing slope, free view from east to west into the valley and into the mountains, table with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 deckchairs, 2 sun awnings, partially covered.

Garden terrace:
Large terrace (approx. 60m2) for shared use, south side, partially covered, stone table and chairs, two sun loungers, stone benches, charcoal grill with temperature display, sun awning and sun umbrella.

Laundry room:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, Stewi and small laundry rack are available for shared use.

The beautiful and comfortable apartments are located in a unique dream location in a chalet with two apartments. Both apartments are available for rent. The attic apartment is a very large (55m2) 1.5 room apartment. Directly below is the 3.5 room apartment.

Both apartments have separate entrances (no staircase). The house is freestanding and south-facing (unobstructed). The location is very quiet and natural. The facilities invite you to relax and cozy up both in the house and on the large balconies and the large garden terrace (with grill). The apartments are ideal for guests who, in addition to the various possible activities, also like to stay in a beautiful environment and spend time at home. The house is directly on a sunny panoramic path (summer and winter hiking trail) and the village center with good shopping facilities and restaurants is still very close. The public post office and the ski bus station are also in the immediate vicinity.

Pets are allowed only with prior agreement, price CHF 20.00 per day. Included in the rental price is 1 parking space with charging station for e-cars available outdoors. Second parking space, also by arrangement, CHF 5.00 per day.

Arrival and departure day as well as the length of stay can be adjusted individually if possible. Please consult with Ms. Wildi.
