Description of the holiday rental

Apartment:
55 m2 spacious, open apartment in the attic with sloping ceilings (wooden beams). A dream for 2 people, but also possible for 4 people. High-quality furnishings and well-maintained. Generous, walk-in closet with shelves and 2 hanging rods, also some free space.

Bedroom:
Sleeping niche with 2 French beds (each 120 cm wide), the sleeping area can be closed with curtains. In addition, 2 roll-away folding beds (with slatted frame) are available.

Living room:
Cozy dining area with table for 4-5 people, bench and stools, sofa (convertible to guest bed), 2 reading chairs, reading lamp, large wall shelf with TV, stereo system and reading material, cupboard, 2 coffee tables, WLAN available.

Kitchen:
Completely and richly equipped. Induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee capsule machine (Delizio, capsules can be obtained in self-service), toaster, cheese fondue set, raclette oven, Chinoise fondue set, wine glasses etc. Kitchen linen and dishwashing detergent are available.

Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower attachment, WC, sink, mirror cabinet, heating with towel warming, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels, soap and toilet paper are available.

Miscellaneous:
Via a separate outdoor staircase, you reach the covered entrance door. Coat rack and large mirror. A storage room with shelves and plenty of free space. The cleaning material is stored here.

Balcony:
Generous balcony, partially covered, unobstructed south side, free view from east to west into the valley and the mountains, table with 2 chairs, sun blind.

Garden terrace:
Large terrace (approx. 60 m2) for shared use, south side, partially covered, stone table and chairs, two sun loungers, stone benches, charcoal grill with temperature display, sun blind and sun umbrella.

Laundry room:
Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, Stewi and small laundry rack are available for shared use.

The beautiful and comfortable holiday apartments are located in a unique dream location in a chalet with two apartments. Both apartments are available for rent. The attic apartment is a very spacious (55m2) 1.5 room apartment. Directly below is the 3.5 room apartment.

Both apartments have separate entrances (no staircase). The house is freestanding and oriented to the south (unobstructed). The location is very quiet and natural. The facilities invite you to relax and cozy living both in the house and on the large balconies and the large garden terrace (with grill). The holiday apartments are ideal for guests who, in addition to the various possible activities, also enjoy living in a beautiful environment and spending time in their home. The house is located directly on a sunny panoramic path (summer and winter hiking trail) and the village center with good shopping opportunities and restaurants is still very close. The public post office and the ski bus station are also in the immediate vicinity.

Pets are allowed only after prior consultation, price CHF 20.00 per day. Included in the rental price is 1 parking space with charging station for e-cars outdoors. Second parking space, also after consultation, CHF 5.00 per day.

Arrival and departure day as well as the length of stay can be individually adjusted if possible. Please consult with Mrs. Wildi.
