The well-kept house is located on a side street on the edge of the village on sunny hillside position with panoramic view of the Lago Maggiore, into the greenery and the surrounding mountain range. Very large, house-long terrace on the lake side with garden furniture/lounge to enjoy the magnificent panorama. On the side of the house, the open terrace leads to a covered patio/loggia with large dining table and surrounded by beautiful plantation with trees, azaleas and rhododendrons. Convenient access directly from the kitchen. Driveway until house. 2 reserved, open parking. Village center, bus stop, shops about 300 m. Lake promenade Minusio about 3 km. Large Lido Locarno with beach / indoor pool about 4,5 km. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine available. Pets not permitted. Smoking only outside allowed.
