The one-bedroom holiday apartment is just a few steps from the suggestive shores of Lake Lugano and is washed with delightful Ticinese sunshine to enjoy a vacation like no other. The well-manicured garden with lush natural fencing infuses an overall sense of well-being to the holidays. At the same time, its palm trees, alfresco dining with a parasol, sun loungers and an electric BBQ lend the perfect Mediterranean vibe famously defining Southern Switzerland.

Inside, the ground-floor holiday apartment easily accommodates up to 3 guests and has a modern and stylish living room with a flowy layout and direct access to the private garden through glass doors. This room also has a single sofa bed facing the garden, an SAT flat-screen TV, a work desk and a fully equipped kitchen diner for an absolutely carefree stay. In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to whip up delicious homemade meals; a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster and induction hob are at guests’ disposal here.

Location

The holiday apartment is located in the lovely ancient village of Caslano, where its narrow streets and historic churches create a very charming atmosphere to spend a relaxing holiday on Lake Lugano. From the holiday apartment, the swimming spot on Caslano Beach and Park, Lido di Caslano and Spiagetta di Caslano are just a 10-minutes walk away. Guests can also easily visit the main attractions of the village like the Chocolate Museum and the Museo della Pesca in 15-minutes on foot from here.

Beyond relaxing, Caslano is an excellent base to enjoy an active vacation with horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing and windsurfing opportunities available around. Other romantic places to visit on Lake Lugano that are also perfect for day trips are within a 20-30 minutes drive away; these are the prettiest village of Ticino-Morcote, the vibrant city with memorable sunsets-Lugano and the picturesque little lake of Astano (also great for hiking). Bellinzona and Locarno can be reached within a 40-50 minutes car ride from here.

A supermarket and the closest restaurant are just a 5-minutes walk to facilitate a hassle-free self-catering stay. Milan Malpensa is the nearest international airport, approximately a 1-hour drive from this holiday apartment in Lugano.
