There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a third full bed that can be set up as needed. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
A garage parking space is included with the apartment, and an elevator in the building makes access easy. Laundry facilities are available, as well as a ski and bike room with a ski boot warmer and a lockable cabinet.
Chesa Chalcherin, a Minergie residential building from 2009, is located in a quiet area close to the Marguns cable car and the ski school. The train station and various shopping options are also within easy walking distance.
