Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 76, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.
