The house is only 10 minutes by car from Klosters or Davos, in the middle of the best Swiss ski areas. Free parking spaces.

Both bathrooms were newly renovated in 2013, and we have also converted the 2nd floor into a 45m2 loft with balcony and 3rd bathroom.

The house is particularly suitable for small groups and clubs or two families with children.

The upper floor is divided into two halves separated by a door, each of which can be reached via a separate staircase.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Bedroom 2 persons with two beds, which can be arranged separately or together. These rooms have a desk with seating, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is enough space for a cot.

Location description: 7265 Davos-Laret, a part of the village of Davos, about 5 km away, our house is situated on a hill on the edge of the forest in a sunny south-facing position on a private road (with winter maintenance).
The small village is nestled in a plain between the picturesque mountains, 5 km from Davos railway station and 5 km from Klosters.
