Discover our charming holiday home in Dicken, the centrally located retreat between the Churfirsten, Lake Constance, Lake Walen and Lake Zurich for families, couples and friends looking for the picturesque ambience and comfort of a lovingly furnished home. Nestled in a quiet embroidered village, our house offers a perfect combination of tradition and modern comfort to make your stay unforgettable.
Inside, you will find a careful selection of amenities to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Three individually furnished bedrooms cater for different needs: a room with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a room with twin beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, and a room with a single bed and a small workstation. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped - from an induction hob, oven and fridge to a toaster, kettle, blender, egg cooker, raclette oven and a variety of coffee making facilities. You can enjoy delicious meals or a glass of wine at the slate table in the light-flooded conservatory with a view of the greenery. On the top floor you will find a comfortable couch, cable TV, Blueray DVD and surround sound system as well as a library of books, DVDs, board and parlour games and a table football table.
Access to the flat is via an external staircase leading to a separate entrance. A large forecourt provides ample parking for cars and motorbikes, while bicycles can be parked safely under the stairs or behind the house. Both two-legged and four-legged friends can relax under the sun in the garden, although it is not fenced.
The picturesque surroundings of Dicken are ideal for numerous activities. A variety of hiking and cycling trails start right on your doorstep. The area offers everything from easy walks to challenging trails and is a paradise for lovers of outdoor activities. Centrally located, it is possible to visit three lakes, Lake Constance, Lake Walen, Lake Zurich and three countries, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany, within an hour's drive. The famous Aescher mountain inn, the Säntis, the Toggenburg Sound Trail, the Abbey Library in St. Gallen, the Magic Museum in Degersheim, the Chocolarium chocolate tour in Flawil, the treetop walk and much more promise exciting day trips.
