Beautiful, modern furnished 2.5 room holiday flat with additional small sleeping gallery (two sleeping places, open to the living room. Access via a ladder. We recommend this sleeping gallery for children from approx. 7 years) in the apartment house Casa Ansiel offers space for up to 4 or, by arrangement, up to 6 people. A fireplace/chimney in the living room invites you to spend romantic hours. The community is located on the sun terrace in Falera. From the balcony you have a fantastic view (S/SW) over the roofs of Falera, the important megalithic cult and astronomy site "la Mutta" and the landmark of Falera, the 15th century St Remigius church. The location is absolutely quiet, as there is no through traffic in the village (driving licence available for tenants). There is also a games room with a table tennis table, pool table and table football. A sauna and solarium can be used for a small fee. The chairlift is 500 metres from the flat and in winter you can ski directly to the front of the house in good snow conditions. There are no limits to the leisure activities on offer. Golf enthusiasts will find a beautiful, new 18-hole golf course in the neighbouring village of Sagogn with a magnificent view over the Rhine Gorge and the Surselva mountains. In summer, well-maintained hiking trails invite you to go on various excursions. The Pinut via ferrata on the Flimserstein in Fidaz is particularly adventurous. The three lakes, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta and Lake Laax, are also ideal for swimming and relaxing. Other sports in summer: golfing, walking, climbing, walking, biking, river rafting, paragliding, swimming...... In winter, this region offers something for everyone. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cross-country skiing, walking, snowshoeing........ Culinary delights are also on offer. Let yourself be spoilt in one of Falera's restaurants.
