Description of the holiday rental
At the upper edge of the village of Flims is the exceptionally beautiful vacation apartment Crap Flem, in a quiet and very sunny location. The 4.5 room apartment offers on 106sqm space for up to 5 guests. It has an open living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, which has among other things a glass ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with generous, separate freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, Filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue, and a raclette set. In the apartment there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom also features a shower, sink and toilet. The fireplace in the living room provides a cozy ambience, TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Very nice and quietly located vacation apartment in a multi-family house above Flims village in south facing position and wonderful view of Flims and the Signina mountains. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The living room is also the access to the covered terrace and the garden. In the garden you can enjoy the sun and barbecue in summer. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for sports enthusiasts, whether hiking, biking or winter sports. Because the ski slope leads almost to the house, as well as the hiking trails. Access to the apartment is via the stairs over the main entrance or the underground garage, in which 1 parking space is reserved for the apartment. In the basement of the house there is a ski room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Baby bed/Travel cot and high chair are available on request, but you must bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Smoking or bringing pets is unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.
