This modern 3-bedroom duplex apartment, which sleeps up to 8 people, is perfectly located, less than a 5-minute walk from the village of Grimentz and a 2-minute walk from the main ski lift, which is open in the summer for walkers and mountain bikers and in the winter for skiers.
The apartment is fully furnished and features a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a family room with bunk beds and 2 single beds), 1 en-suite bathroom with WC, 1 family shower room and 1 separate WC. Spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a balcony with barbecue, bench and table.

BY CAR: Take the A9 motorway towards Brig and continue until the end of the motorway at Sierre . Turn right into the Route d' Anniviers and follow for 25 km to Grimentz.

General remarks
The Saturday changeover day is a very busy time for the rental agency, it is the only opportunity to undertake any necessary repairs and also to clean the property. Therefore, we request that all properties are vacated and the keys returned to us by 10am on Saturday morning at the latest.
