Brand new with spa : comfortable 4 room apartment for 6-7 people on the lower floor in front of the lift station: Living room - kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine - 1 room with 1 double bed with bath/WC - 1 room with 2 beds – 1 room with 2x2 bunkbeds - shower/WC - East terrace - TV - free internet access WIFI – Paying access subject to reservation in the building: heated pool, spa, steam room, sauna, cold bath, fitness, massages - 2 restaurants in the building - ski room - elevator - 1 parking space in underground parking lot (n°18) - built in 2023 - pets not allowed - non smoker OBLIGATORY FEES : bedding sets and beds made, towels and bathrobes CHF 50.-/per person SPA prices: CHF 30.- per adult & CHF 15.- per child (children under 6 cannot use the SPA) (subject to increases)
