Description of the holiday rental

The cosy Chalet Ave is situated on the sunny side of the Grindelwald valley, 5 minutes by car from the village centre and 150 m from the Gaggi Säge bus station. The quiet location on the 1000m² property with forest and meadows offers a unique view of the Grindelwald mountains: Eiger, Finsteraarhorn, Fiescherhörner, Mettenberg, Wetterhorn etc.

The extremely spacious 180m² holiday flat for 4 to max. 8 people has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/living room, a large living/dining room with fireplace and a TV/games room.

From the 40 square metre south-facing balcony with sun loungers and dining table you have an unobstructed view of the forest and mountains. An outdoor seating area with running water fountain and a covered terrace with BBQ offer you wonderful opportunities to spend time outside the house.

Various footpaths lead you directly from the chalet into the unique mountain world of Grindelwald. You can reach the village centre within 5 minutes on the regular local bus.

We calculate our seasonal prices per adult person/night, children under 12 years receive discounts of up to 50% depending on age. The rental price is therefore not an all-inclusive price but is calculated based on the number of persons present. The visitor's tax of 5.20 per night for persons aged 12 and over and the final cleaning fee of CHF 150 will be charged additionally. The price quoted on e-domizil.ch corresponds to a basic daily price for 4 adults
