Newly built (2013) 5.5-room chalet for sole use (130m2). Located directly on the ski slope and bus stop, luxurious furnishings, two seating areas and a balcony, four bedrooms for seven (maximum 9) people, two bathrooms, TV/radio/WLAN, washing machine & tumble dryer, large garden, child-friendly. Pets are not allowed. Shopping facilities are 200 metres away. For bookings of more than seven persons a surcharge will be charged for the fourth room per night.
