The spacious dining/living area with open, high quality, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, sunny balcony. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet.
There is an integrated laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The new building is close to the Interlaken Ost railway station and bus stops.  
WiFi is included in the rent.
A garage parking space is included in the rent.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
