Description of the holiday rental

Our cosy flat, furnished with creaky strap floors, artfully crafted Swiss stone pine panelling and an inviting fireplace, combines traditional charm with stylish comfort in a unique way.
With room for up to four people, the flat is the perfect base for couples or friends who want to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains to the full.
The accommodation
Entire flat on the first floor with private access to the house. 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, direct access to the bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 bedroom with washbasin and 2 single beds (2x90x200cm). Cosy living/dining area with fireplace. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Large, covered balcony on the south side. On request, additional bathroom/WC in the stairwell to be used alone.
Access for guests
You have the whole part of the house to yourself, private access to the house, additional guest WC/shower in the stairwell if required. (The lowest flat is partly occupied by the owner)
Further important information
Storage facilities for ski/cross-country skiing or golf equipment and bikes in the "stable".
You have the possibility to book additional services such as housekeeping, catering etc., just ask us.

The location is almost perfect for winter sports enthusiasts: a mountain/cable car is only 200m away, the ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity (10m), a ski school is 500m away and cross-country skiing is just 250m away. The nearest village centre and shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance (300m). This makes the flat ideal for active holidaymakers and guests who want to get to know the local culture and way of life.
