At the Chesa Carina in La Punt you can enjoy a sustainable holiday. Because the in-roof solar system provides sufficient electricity and the geothermal probe heating system provides ecological heat throughout the house.
The new furnished attic apartment is located in the quiet Arvins neighborhood at the foot of the Albula Pass in La Punt. The spacious entrance welcomes you with plenty of storage space in the built-in closet and wardrobe. The open living and dining area impresses with its pleasant room height. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, fonduecaquelon and Racletteöfeli, as well as modern designer tableware. From the sofa you can enjoy the mountain view from the panoramic window during the day and the cozy hours in front of the chéminée in the evening. Thanks to the comfortable box spring bed with firm-soft mattresses you will find your optimal sleep. In the stylish built-in wardrobes in the bedroom the luggage is quickly taken care of. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and integrated shower in the bathtub. On the attic you will find a 160cm double bed and a wardrobe. In the basement are a laundry room with washing maschine and dryer. The mountain bike can be stored in the lockable garage box. In addition, an outdoor parking space for the car belongs to the apartment.
You can reach the train station in a few minutes on foot. La Punt is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking in summer and for ski tours, cross-country skiing, walking and sledding in winter.
