The penthouse, newly renovated in June 2022, is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building at the foot of the Albula Pass in a very quiet neighbourhood. The open living and dining area captivates with lots of light thanks to the panoramic view. In the fully equipped kitchen you can create a variety of menus (e.g. fondue or raclette) and serve them on the modern designer tableware. Coffee from the Nespresso machine rounds off the home-cooked menu. The stylish furnishings and alpine-chic decor give the flat a special flair.
After bright cool Engadine days, it is wonderful to warm up before the chéminee in the evening.
The children or guests can sleep on the cosy gallery. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed with firm-soft mattresses on both sides. Plenty of storage space is provided by the new old wood wardrobe and the coat rack.
The bathroom has a spacious rain shower, toilet and washbasin.
In the basement you will also find a laundry room and ski room for shared use. The locked bike room is located in a garage box in front of the house. A reserved parking space for the car belongs to the flat. The train station of La Punt can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
La Punt is a versatile starting point for hiking and biking tours in summer, as well as for cross-country skiing and skiing adventures in winter.
