Description of the holiday rental
The apartment is located on the 1st floor
The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are laid out with high-quality real wood parquet.
The large living, dining area is facing south. Access to the covered balcony is via
the living room or kitchen. Two separate bedrooms provide sufficient retreat.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub
A common entrance leads to two self-contained apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
In the house itself it has a total of 4 residential units.
The 3-room apartments offer about 86 square meters of space for max 6 people. The apartments are well equipped so that you can fully enjoy your stay in Laax.
The apartments are located about 200 m from the valley station and are within walking distance. So you start relaxed in an adventure holiday that has a lot to offer. Be it for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports, climbing, skiing, golfing... after returning, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama on the covered balcony and switch off from everyday life.
Both apartments have a parking space and also the W-LAN should not be missing.
In the house there is a washing machine and dryer for common use.
The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, blender, fondue...
These are non-smoking apartments.
