Welcome to Casa Zappaterra – Your Cozy Holiday Apartment in the Mountains of Laax!

Whether you are planning an active ski holiday or simply looking to enjoy a few relaxing days in nature, this is the perfect place for you.

The 3.5-room apartment offers 85 m² of living space, providing plenty of room for up to 4–5 guests – ideal for families. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (plus an additional single bed for a child in the master bedroom) ensure restful sleep. The bright living area, furnished with stylish décor, invites you to relax, and the large dining table with corner bench is perfect for shared meals, games, or reflecting on the day together.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub – make the apartment especially family-friendly.

A highlight of the apartment is the south-facing balcony with views of the greenery – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the fresh air or a glass of wine in the evening. For your car, a private garage is available, and there is also a storage room for skis, snowboards, or bikes.

Of course, Wi-Fi and TV are provided along with many other amenities. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Please note that there is no elevator in the building – the apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Upon arrival, you will find freshly made beds, hand and kitchen towels ready for use, and final cleaning already included in the price. Simply arrive and feel at home!

Location and surroundings
The apartment is located in Laax Murschetg. The Rocksresort with great shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars is about a five-minute walk from the apartment. The mountain lifts are only a short ski run away from the house.

Look forward to 28 modern lifts and 214 award-winning kilometres of pistes in the LAAX ski area. Thanks to its altitude, it is one of the most snow-sure areas in Switzerland. Away from the pistes, there is an extensive network of winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.
