Chalet Mon Refuge

Our cozy, comfortable 6 1/2 room chalet in the heart of the Grison Alps for up to 9 people for exclusive use. Very sunny and quiet, located at a dead-end street with 2 parking spaces (free) right by the house. Super view of Laax and the Surselva. A large terrace (south side) and a covered garden seating area (west side) with garden grill offer a wonderful view. On the ground floor there is a large, cozy living area with a dining corner, furnished with stone pine furniture. The open, large, very well-equipped kitchen is right next to the dining area. 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower with washbasin and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor. A pull-out staircase (not suitable for toddlers and people with mobility impairments) leads to the upper floor to 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room with built-in shower, a separate toilet with washbasin. The chalet is suitable for couples and families with children. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not allowed. Youth groups not desired. Facilities: Living area: Seating area with club table, extendable dining table, telephone, internet WLAN (free), small television, radio, electric storage heater. Sleeping area: Sufficient wardrobes, blackout possible, electric heater with thermostat. Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, Nespresso, filter and Moka coffee machines, toaster, kettle, raclette oven, fondue set, large set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, no microwave. Wet rooms: On the ground floor shower and washbasin, separate toilet. Upper floor: Shower, separate toilet with washbasin. Storage room: Washing machine and tumble dryer, terrace furniture and sun loungers for the outdoor area. Miscellaneous: 1 cot and 1 camping cot are available free of charge, but must be set up and dismantled by yourself. 1 high chair (IKEA) is available. Shopping facilities, groceries, restaurant, children's playground, bathing lake 500m, bus stop 200m, golf course (18 holes) 5km, Weisse Arena, cable car, ski lift, ski school 2.5km, Our chalet "mon refuge" (my refuge) has been in family ownership for over 65 years. Reliability and cleanliness are very important to us. We love this place, are often there ourselves and wish that our guests also appreciate the house and take care of it. Thank you. The chalet "mon Refuge" is located above the village of Laax in the direction of Falera, in a quiet location with a beautiful mountain view. Shopping facilities (groceries, butchery, bakery) can be reached in about 10 minutes walking, as can the children's playground and Lake Laax. The nearest bus stop is only about 200 m from the house. The use of the shuttle bus is free with the guest card. The Flims Laax Falera region impresses with its unique mountain landscape, shaped by breathtaking natural phenomena. Only 90 minutes by car from Zurich, the region offers a variety of sporting activities as well as a varied cultural program. Winter in LAAX – A paradise for skiers and snowboarders. Look forward to 28 modern lift facilities and 214 kilometers of slopes in the LAAX ski area. Due to its altitude, it is one of the most snow-sure areas in Switzerland. Away from the slopes, an extensive network of winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails is at your disposal. In summer, the varied landscape invites you to hike, bike and golf. Enjoy spectacular views of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Tektonikarena Sardona and the Rhine Gorge. Refresh yourself in Lake Cauma or Cresta, two of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Switzerland. Stroll along the treetop walk Senda dil Dragun and learn more about the history of the region. For adventure seekers, the Klettersteig Pinut in Flims, the oldest of its kind in Switzerland, is an option.
