The location is ideal: quiet yet within close proximity to the Laax mountain lifts, giving you quick and easy access to the ski area or hiking trails.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a coffee machine – perfect for preparing your favorite meals even while on holiday. The bright living area is tastefully furnished with a dining table and four elegant leather chairs, a sofa bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a comfortable armchair, and a stylish display cabinet. For entertainment, a radio/CD player, TV, and Wi-Fi are available. From the living room, you can step directly onto the sunny south-facing patio, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and a sunshade – ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a practical wardrobe and is separated from the living room by a sliding door, providing both privacy and an open, spacious feel. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and toilet.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and the fireplace may not be used.

In the basement of the building, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated). There is also safe storage space for skis, snowboards, and bicycles. Guests may additionally use the shared indoor swimming pool, which is accessible through the underground garage. In the neighboring building “Guraletsch,” you will also find a coin-operated sauna and a ping-pong table, both available for shared use.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor; an elevator is not available. Your car can be parked conveniently in the underground garage with a clearance height of 2.00 m.

The rental price includes freshly made beds, hand and kitchen towels, and final cleaning, so everything will be ready for you to enjoy a relaxing stay from the very first moment.

The apartment in Laax is located close to the valley station and just a few minutes’ walk from the mountain lifts.
