Description of the holiday rental
3.5 Roomed apartment, 70 square meters, (sleeps 4) in a multi apartment home located in a quiet area. Within 8 minutes walking distance to the Laax village centre. Open kitchen with electric stove with 4 plates, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 leather sofas, a leather arm chair, a lounge table, book shelf, colour television and an open fire place. The first bedroom has two single beds (separated) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 1 bunk bed, a cupboard and direct exit onto the terrace. Bathroom with two washbasins, a toilette and a bath. Large southeast facing balcony. A sauna in house is also available. Please note there is not lift! A telephone is also availble. Parking in underground garage.
