This 3.5-room holiday apartment is within walking distance of the Laax valley station. The spacious 107 m² apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (90x200 cm), accommodating up to 4 people (maximum 3 adults). It also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an additional bathroom with a shower. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and raclette set, and is integrated into the bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa and beautiful parquet flooring.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Free internet (Wi-Fi) and TV are provided.

The property includes an elevator, garden furniture, and a reserved underground parking space. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
