Very quiet, spacious, rustic 5 1/2 bedroom holiday home with beautiful views in Lantsch / Lenz. On the 1st floor there are 2 double rooms and one single room and shower / WC. The spacious living room is very cozy and equipped with rustic furnishings, with fireplace and large dining table and patio. The kitchen is not yet renovated but functional equipped with oven and microwave. The highlight of the cottage is the spa in the basement with direct access to the garden: steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation area with radio / CD. Another double bedroom (four poster bed) supplements the offer. A garage is also available.
