The apartment has a cosy living room with fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with an open dining area and access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized Swiss stone pine bed (180 x 210 cm). Good sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and also a toaster are at our guests' disposal.

The apartment is located in the middle of the village of Lavin, right next to the "Plazza Gronda". A restaurant, the bakery and the village shop are just around the corner. There is an underground car park for guests and other free parking spaces are located right by the house.

The typical Engadine railway station with direct connections to Zernez (13 min.) Scuol (17 min.) and Klosters (24 min.) is located in the immediate vicinity, ideal for excursions in the surrounding area and for travelling by train.
