Cozy 3.5-room apartment in a quiet location in an old farmhouse, with two other apartments. The apartment extends over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a living and dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace stove. Well-equipped kitchen without a dishwasher. Double bedroom with DVD player and (small) TV. A small bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there is a spacious room with a seating area, 2 single beds. Central pellet heating. The loggias and the staircase are not heated and are cool in the winter. According to the earlier building style, the wooden house is relatively noisy and the room height is partly low (in the lowest room = living room 1m 92cm). Garden seating area for relaxing. Ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house with its room layout is not ideal for small children. High chair and cot available upon request. Distances on foot: - Wallbachbad and Wallegg valley station, via Maurenskilift (winter operation only): approx. 5 minutes - Center with all shopping facilities and train station: approx. 10 minutes - Bettelbergbahn: approx. 15 minutes. Metschbahn by bus (stop (winter) at the municipality approx. 10 minutes) or by car.
