Modern 3 1/2-room apartment in a 6-family house with underground parking (included in the price). Ideal location at the Fadail valley station, the sports bus stop and at Heidsee. A laundry room with washing machine (coin-operated), a ski / bike room, a shoe dressing room with ski boot storage and 3 outside parking spaces are available for common use. The apartment is well equipped with fireplace, OLED SmartTV, Netflix stereo with DAB, CD, has a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) and a balcony with a view of the Fadail ski area. Small dogs are allowed on request.
