The modern and cozy 3.5-room apartment is centrally located yet still quiet. There are two bedrooms available for four people. The bright living room with a corner sofa invites you to linger. The open kitchen with the cozy dining area is very well equipped. A balcony with a view of the mountains is also available. The post bus station "Lenzerheide/Lai Post" is just a minute's walk away, making it ideal for those traveling by public transport. A parking space in the underground garage is also available. Within walking distance are a grocery store, bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars, sports shops, tourist office, free bus (high season), ice rink, cross-country ski trails, the lake, indoor swimming pool with wellness area, hammam, and much more. In winter, you can ski directly to the house.
