Apartment with 2 1/2 rooms, about 58m2 in a small apartment house, chalet style, situated in the center of Leysin, close to the shops and about 5 min. walk to the cable cars, the swimming pool and the tennis courts, calm, nice view, south facing:

- Living room with sofa bed, television, Internet, south facing balcony
- Open kitchen with dining corner, fitted (small dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine)

- Tourist Tax, CHF 3.10- per adult/night, CHF 2.00 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night to 31th December 2019. From 1st January 2020, NEW RATE: CHF 3.90 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
