Comfortable and lovingly furnished sunny 2.5 room apartment in Engadine style with south-facing balcony on the 1st floor. From there you have an excellent view of the beautiful Inn valley and the opposite mountain massif. Whether you take breakfast on the balcony or simply use the deck chair to relax, the apartment offers the necessary basis. The house with a few residential units and locked garage is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with terrace access in an unobstructed location. The apartment is accessible from the garage via a few stairs. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and large built-in wardrobe. Also the living room, equipped with TV and music system, with a view of the Inn Valley, is attractively furnished. The dining area, made of Arven wood, is ideal for evening communication and a cozy get-together. The excellently equipped kitchen has everything you need as a self-caterer. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet. As part of the overall renovation in 2015, the shower cabin, was replaced by a glass cabin with a wide entrance.
