1.5 room studio in a detached house occupied by the landlord. It is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and private garden seating area with pergola, for sole use. A car park is available and included in the price. It is a large room with a dining table, a sofa, a double bed (160x200cm) and a very well-equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob (four hobs), oven, granite worktop and large fridge. Shower/WC incl. hairdryer available. The entire property has been built according to ecological and building biology criteria. A table and four chairs are available in the garden. Deckchairs, parasol and barbecue on request. Public transport (bus to Lucerne) is a three-minute walk away (bus ride to the centre of Lucerne approx. 20 minutes). Public transport runs daily from Lucerne and back every quarter to half an hour until late in the evening. Walks in the nearby Meggerwald forest (zone of national importance) are possible within a few minutes' walk. The distance to the lake is about 15 minutes.
