Description of the holiday rental
Beautiful, spacious and cozy 4 1/2-room apartment (living space 130m²) in an apartment building on the 2nd floor with lift. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with four bunk beds.
Ideal for one or two families, a separate conservatory offers additional space. The child-friendly apartment is well equipped for babies/toddlers, in addition to a cot with laundry, a mobile changing table and a high chair, it offers many more useful articles of daily use for our youngest guests.
A spacious living room with a large sofa and Swedish stove invites you to a cozy get-together, the south-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the Reichenbach-Falls.
The apartment has a bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and toilet and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers any possible comfort. A laundry room with its own washing machine and tumbler belongs to the apartment.
The apartment includes an underground parking space as well as a cellar for sports equipment and has a very central but quiet location. The mountain railways are situated in the immediate vicinity, the shops and the train station are also within easy walking distance.
