Bedrooms:
The holiday apartment has two cozy bedrooms. One bedroom with a large double bed for restful sleep. Another room with a pull-out sofa for two people and a large screen – ideal for relaxing or cozy movie nights. Both rooms are equipped with open shelves and integrated clothes racks. The furnishings are in a tasteful chalet style and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom has its own bathroom
Bed linen is available and can be booked additionally if needed.

Living room:
The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger and relax with its magnificent panoramic view of the Grison mountain world.
The large dining table offers enough space for shared meals, while the cozy sofa area invites you to relax. A stylish fireplace underscores the warm chalet atmosphere and ensures cozy evenings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view – perfect for sunbathing and mountain panorama.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with extractor hood, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a raclette oven, and a fondue caquelon
Ideal for guests who like to cook and enjoy cozy evenings even on holiday.

Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bedroom with the double bed offers an integrated bathtub with a dreamlike view of the mountains – ideal for relaxing. The room with the sofa bed has a separate bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and a washbasin. A washing machine is available in the pantry (Spensa).
Towels are available and can be used by the guests.

The Casa Bischu in Vattiz is located sunny and quiet near Vella in the picturesque Val Lumnezia. Nestled between impressive peaks up to Piz Terri, the apartment is the ideal retreat for guests who appreciate nature, relaxation, and gentle tourism. 

In summer, you have direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike routes. In winter, you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways in Vella and the cross-country ski trail in a few minutes by car.

The holiday apartment, located on the first floor of a modern multi-family house, is situated in the charming hamlet of Valtiarm, just a few minutes' walk from the idyllic Badesee Davos Munts. The apartment is finished with high-quality materials and tastefully furnished. On the spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains of Lumnezia, you can enjoy relaxing days.

A parking space in front of the house as well as a ski or bicycle storage room with a charging station for e-cars (extra charge) are also available.

This is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed, and the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
