"Lara", 4-room chalet 94 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, south facing position. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Chalet "Lara". Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre. Private: garden. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.2 km, railway station "Sion" 17.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 300 m, gondola lift 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km.
