Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), cable TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Lift A. fireplace out of order. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop 100 m. Golf course 25 km, chair lift 20 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, sled run 100 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). If you are leaving early morning, you may collect your deposit the evening before departure and will have to pay the parking for the last night.
