· Very quiet and sunny location overlooking Lake Lugano and Monte Rosa.
· All essential services, grocery shops and restaurants are within walking distance in Novaggio.
· Public transport (post bus) connects every half hour.
· Activities and attractions in the area include the Monte Lema cable car in Miglieglia, a 18 hole golf course in Magliaso, access to the lake in Caslano, Agno and others.
The price is CHF 130 per night for 2 people, each additional person CHF 20 (up to a maximum of 5). Final cleaning per stay CHF 120, laundry CHF 30 per Person, deposit CHF 200 (of which CHF 2 visitor's tax per night and person over 14 years).
