House ( originally the townhall), impressive with its solid craftmanship permits pleasant living conditions in an historical, spacious ambiance with garden seating area and parking. Five minute walking distance to the bus-stop, restaurant, shop and sledge-run. Ideal starting point for ski excursions. 6 km to the ski area Splügen (north), 10 km to the ski area San Bernardino (south), 2 minutes walk from the cross-country trail.
