An open living area with kitchen/dining space. The living room features an open wood-burning stove (wood provided), a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa, and a TV. There is a large south-facing balcony with morning and evening sun. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), and kitchen linen, all included in the price.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment (65 m2) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 6 apartments on the 2nd floor. The house is situated on the edge of the village in a beautiful location, directly on the ski slope. From the balcony, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. In the basement, there is a ski storage room. Next to the house, there is the possibility to store bicycles in a lockable shed.

A parking space is available right in front of the house.
