The spacious 4.5-room apartment is located in the idyllic Pontresina, in the historic former Hotel Roseg. This charming apartment on the 3rd floor offers a breathtaking view of the famous Val Roseg.
The heart of the apartment is the generous living and dining room, equipped with a large TV and a high-quality SONOS system. The fully equipped kitchen meets all the needs for great cooking.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The three bedrooms are lovingly furnished: two of them with double beds, each with separate mattresses, and the third with a single bed.
The building also offers a secure bike and ski room for your sports equipment, as well as two public charging stations for electric cars right in front of the house. A garage parking space is also available.
