3- room apartment on the second floor having approx. 61m2 of living area. Ideal for 2-3 adults or families with 2 children.
Entrance with wardrobe. One bedroom with a double bed (parents). One bedroom with a bunk bed.
Bathroom with bathtub / toilet and sink.
Living room with dining area, fireplace, TV (Smart-TV), radio, Internet/WLAN incl., CD, exit to the balcony (table & 2 chairs).
Kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso).
One space in the underground car park, one additional outside parking space.
Laundry for common use.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Arpi is located at the village entry of Pontresina, in the Muragl area, which is quiet and sunny. The village center, where you will find shops and restaurants, is only a 15-20 minutes’ walk. The bus stop is just a few minutes away.
Extra costs:
Bed linen + towels: 20.00 CHF per person,
Tail end: 140.00 CHF, compulsory
Children's bed: free of charge
Visitor's tax (adult).: 4.00 CHF per person per night, compulsory (2018-11-01 - 2019-11-30)
In between cleaning: 95.00 CHF, optional
