Für den richtigen Flow sorgen die drei Flowtrails auf der Corviglia. Ebenfalls sportbegeistert zeigen sich die Oberengadiner Seen. Kiten, segeln, windsurfen, stand up paddling: die Möglichkeiten sind schier unbegrenzt. Die Weite des inspirierenden Hochtals lässt sich auf den beiden 18-Loch-Golfplätzen in Samedan und Zuoz besonders eindrücklich erleben. Im Winter laden 350 feinste Pistenkilometer der Skigebiete Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza und das familienfreundliche Zuoz zu wahrem Ski- und Snowboardvergnügen ein. Langläufer finden über 220 km präparierte Loipen im Oberengadin und in den Seitentälern. Die Winterwanderwege und Langlaufloipen auf den zugefrorenen Oberengadiner Seen glänzen mit Licht, Sonne und Weite inmitten einer inspirierenden Bergwelt. Wer die Stille und Schönheit der verschneiten Wälder geniessen möchte, wandert auf den 150 km Winterwanderwegen in die Seitentäler Val Roseg, Val Fex oder Val Bever, wer lieber den Überblick hat, geniesst atemberaubende Aussichten auf den Panoramawanderwegen hoch über den Seen auf Muottas Muragl.
Familien geniessen die Engadiner Sonne bei einer Kutschenfahrt ins Val Roseg oder Val Fex, oder schlitteln auf der 4.2km langen, kurvenreichen Schlittelbahn Muottas Muragl ins Tal hinab.
