Whether you want to relax and you are looking for a modern, comfortable residence, whether you are a family and enjoying playgrounds, water park, hiking and swimming, or whether you are in search for action and nightlife - the residence and the close city center of Lugano within walking distance offer you all you want. The apartment is spacious, bright and well furnished. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with washing machine and dryer), baby bed if needed and a generous living room (with sofabed) and dining area are completed by a well equipped kitchen. Just walk out of the bedrooms or the living room and dining area to one of the gardens. There is a free parking space in the garage. Wellness and fitness: Enjoy free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, fitness area and sauna. Watersport, water plane: Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como (30 min. by car) offer numerous watersport activities from boating, diving, sailing to Pedalos and beaches.
