The shared swimming pool area is spread under the delightful sunny skies of Ticino and also features a wooden deck with sun loungers to bask in the sun and relax with your favourite cocktail. The shared garden of the retreat has both shaded and open areas for alfresco dining or just enjoying the simple pleasures of life, like having a cup of coffee or drink with your loved ones.

The mountain-view accommodation is a fabulous 2-bedroom studio for up to 4 guests, located on the first floor. There is an ambient master bedroom, which is sectioned off from a luminous lounging cum dining area with a flat-screen SAT TV and Wi-Fi. This area also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, Nespresso machine and induction hob for you to make homemade meals at your own leisure.

The second bedroom has a cosy, romantic ambience and it features a dining table for added convenience.

Additionally, the condominium complex also allows access to a very cosy, characteristic and large relaxation and dining area, perfect for socialising and meeting new people!

Palazzo dei Ulivi is completely immersed in nature and has a nice range of activities and fun things to do when enjoying your stay here. The shooting range is just a quick 3-minutes drive away; a golf club is a 10-minutes drive away, meanwhile, for more nature-loving visitors, there are a lot of natural swimming areas in lakes nearby. At a 12-minutes drive, guests will find the natural lake area, Astano-See, to cherish picnics and a refreshing dip in the summers!

For a facilitated self-serviced stay, guests can access the hypermarket located an 8-minutes drive away. Hiking is also possible from the holiday getaway as the several marked trails of the magnificent Monte Lema and San Salvatore are half an hour’s drive from here. For those looking to explore, especially for those with children, one of the must-visit attractions of Swiss Miniatur is also about half an hour’s drive.
