Description: A luxurious 2-room flat (45m2 living space) on the 1st floor of a 9-family house. It is situated in the most central and beautiful spot there is in Riederalp - with a quiet location and an unobstructed view of the beautiful Valais Alps, for example of the Matterhorn as well as the Mischabel group and the Simplon. Immediately in front of the front door is the trainer ski lift (assembly point for ski schools) with connection to the other ski lifts, as well as a sports shop, a supermarket (Coop centre), a pizzeria and a restaurant. In the immediate vicinity there is also a tea room with a bakery, other restaurants, a mini-golf course (summer), a 9-hole golf course (summer) and public wellness centre, etc.
