Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Heating, boiler (200 litres). Sitting area. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Rossa 20 km from Roveredo (GR): Old, rustic house "Casa della Posta", 1'080 m a.s.l.. In the resort Rossa, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 6.4 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Linie 215 Grono - Rossa" 50 m, railway station "SBB-CFF Bellinzona" 30 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Val Calanca, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Laghetti Calvaresc, Trescolmen e Stabi, torrente Calancasca con belle spiaggette. Hiking paths: Strada Alta, sentiero di fondovalle, Rossa - St. Domenica, Bouldering / Val Calanca. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request.
