5.5-room apartment, 80m2 for a maximum of 6 people The apartment has a kitchen separated from the dining and living area. On this floor, there is also one bedroom and a bathroom/shower. One floor up, there are three more bedrooms, a small TV room, and a separate WC. 4 bedrooms: On the main living floor, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack; on the upper floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a cot (up to 2 years), and a wardrobe; a bedroom with a single bed and a chest of drawers; and a bedroom with a single bed. A large wardrobe in front of the rooms serves as a clothes rack. Beds are made upon arrival. Bathroom One bathroom and one separate WC: Bathroom: washbasin, large mirrored front, modern shower, WC, and heated towel rail. Separate WC (upper floor): single WC with a small washbasin and mirrored cabinet; bath towels are provided upon arrival. Washing machine in the ground floor of the house available for a fee. Please bring your own detergent. Living room The living/dining room features a convection fireplace. Wood is provided. A cozy seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, along with a club table, invites you to linger. A TV with cable connection and a Sonos sound system are available. The dining table seats a maximum of 6 people. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, combination steamer, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), raclette oven, and fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price. Additional rooms The balcony can be used in summer and winter. A small table with four chairs and a sun umbrella is available. The garden seating area is located behind the house and is equipped with a table and bench. The seating area can only be used in summer. Furnishings The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is a non-smoking property. The two-story 5.5-room holiday apartment is located in a detached chalet with a total of 3 apartments, very close to the Rueras train station of the Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway. From here, Sedrun can be reached eastward and the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area westward within just two minutes. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of the upper Surselva, overlooking the rooftops of Rueras. The upper floor has three bedrooms, a WC, and a small TV room, while the lower floor has a bathroom, another bedroom, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas. In the basement, there is a ski storage area for winter. A double parking space is available right next to the house. The garage contains a wood supply, and bicycles can be stored there. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house.
