Light-flooded, sun-drenched 3-room flat on the ground floor / mezzanine floor in Samedan with south-west orientation in an extremely quiet residential area awaits you to enjoy and relax. The panoramic view at the end of the Coviglia-Marguns ski run will delight you. The sunny south-west-facing balcony invites you to chill out in comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island with granite top, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, eye-level oven, microwave and a large fridge with freezer and bottle compartment. There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with a bed. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower and a spacious double mirror cabinet as well as a built-in wardrobe for linen and other items. The living room and bedrooms have oak parquet flooring. Tiled flooring can be found in the entrance area, kitchen, bathroom and guest WC. Bus stop, shops and railway station are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat!
